Terms and conditions - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

By registering your school on this scheme you are confirming that you will:
• Collect the vouchers from your desired play centre location (Blaenau Gwent, Blackwood or Caerphilly), they will be ready for collection 5 working days after your form was submitted.
• Please make sure you award your vouchers to your students by the end of term (this cannot be rolled over to the next school year).
• Please note the vouchers have an expiry date so please distribute them as soon as possible to enable the families to be able to use them in time.
• These vouchers cannot be exchanged/sold or transfered.
• Please print and display the posters in your Partner pack and add the logo to your website.
