Thank you for booking to visit the Eden Centre, here's what to expect when you visit us...
• Online pre-booking is required to enable us to conform to Welsh Government guidelines. We will take a non-refundable payment to reserve your table.
• On arrival, we need to see your booking ref. and confirm your name and everyone in your party (we need all adults names so that we can comply with Track and Trace procedures), we do not require wrist bands at this time. There is also a barcode in Reception for you to check in on the track and trace app.
• We have reduced the number of tables, a team member will take you to a table.
• No more than 6 adults are allowed to sit at a table from different households, due to Welsh Gov guidelines.
• Each session lasts 2.5 hours and will be closed for the subsequent 30 mins to ensure the centre is fully cleaned before the next session, for this reason, we are unable to let you in early if you arrive early for the session.
• Please remember to follow both social distancing and hand-washing rules whilst in the Eden Centres.
• We have enhanced cleaning routines to keep our customers safe including fogging machines
• All children that are 11 and under are allowed on the equipment as normal, any children over 11 are unable to play on the equipment, and so won’t be charged entry. However, they can play bowling and table tennis (Blaenau Gwent venue only and an additional fee may apply).
• Any adults (and children over 11) in the play centre, will need to wear a mask at all times, apart from when sat at their tables, to comply with Welsh Government's guidance.
• All food, drinks and snacks need to be ordered via our online system found on www.theedencentre.com. (Blaenau Gwent venue only. Other venues have table service) Your order, cutlery and condiments will be delivered to your table. You are now unable to come to our counter, if there is anything you require please ask one of our team.
• On leaving, as we can't check your wrist bands at the moment, instead we will ask you your names and tick all persons off on the booking sheet as a security measure.
• One more thing... if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID symptoms, please do not attend, if you have any doubt please consult www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19
• We will regularly review our guidelines in line with Welsh Government’s recommendations.
• If you or your child becomes ill while onsite, the new recommendations dictate that you will be required to inform the staff and leave the site immediately.
• No more than 4 tables can be booked by anyone household
Cancellation Policy: Should you make a booking and are not able to attend we are willing to move your reservation to a different session up to 24 hours before the original booking. We are unable to change the booking on the same day of the original booking.
