Terms of Service — Eden Blackwood

Please note these terms may change from time to time.

Thank you for booking to visit the Eden Centre. Please read the
following information before your visit.

1. Online pre-booking is required. A booking payment may be taken
   to reserve your table, and any stated non-refundable booking fee
   will remain non-refundable.

2. On arrival, you must show your booking reference. We will also
   confirm the name on the booking and the names of everyone in
   your party.

3. Please choose a table suitable for your party size. For example,
   if there are 2 of you, please use a 2-seater table where available.

4. Each session lasts strictly 2 hours and 30 minutes.
   The centre then closes for 30 minutes for cleaning before the next
   session, so early entry is not available.

5. Children aged 14 and under may use the play equipment. Anyone
   over 14 may not use the equipment and will not be charged entry.

6. Food, drinks and snacks must be ordered using The Eden Centre
   app. Cash and card payments are accepted, and customers should
   speak to a team member if they need help.

7. All rules of play must be followed at all times. These are
   displayed on the equipment, and anyone not following them may
   be asked to leave without a refund.

8. Children must be supervised at all times, including when using
   the toilets.

9. When leaving, staff may ask for the name of the person who made
   the booking so the party can be checked out correctly as a
   security measure.

10. Late arrivals are allowed to enter as long as their booked
    session is still in progress. If the booked time slot has ended,
    entry will not be allowed.

11. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original
    scheduled time. Extra time cannot be added.

12. If a child or adult in your party becomes unwell during the
    visit, you must inform a member of staff and leave the site
    if required.

13. We regularly review our operating guidance and may update
    procedures where needed.

Cancellation Policy

Standard bookings

You can cancel or rearrange your booking up to
24 hours before your session. You may choose a
coupon for a future booking or move your booking to another
available date. Cash refunds are not available.

Flexible Booking (£1)

Flexible Booking must be added and paid for when you make your
booking. It lets you cancel or rearrange up to the
start time of your session.
The £1 Flexible Booking fee is non-refundable.

Late cancellations

If you do not have Flexible Booking and cancel with less than
24 hours’ notice, we cannot offer a coupon, rearrangement, or
cash refund. Once a session has started, bookings cannot be
cancelled or rearranged.

We hope that the measures we have put in place will help everyone
have a safe and enjoyable visit to our centres.
