Help Support Eden Education

The Eden Centre runs a charity called Eden Education that supports children with their development of education. Over the past few years Eden has donated over £180,000 within our local community.

If you are a UK taxpayer and you make a donation that is over 10% greater than the admission price, the Government will give us an extra 25% on top of your entrance fee, at no additional cost to you. It's called a Gift Aid visit and it makes a massive difference to charities like us and the communities we serve.

Terms and conditions are boring we know, But all of the info you need to know on what happens if you want or need to amend a booking, are covered in here. So please familiarise yourself with the info within.

Thank you for booking to visit the Eden Centre, here's what to expect when you visit us...

• On arrival, we need to see your booking ref. and confirm your name and everyone in your party.

• On arrival you can sit on any of our tables. Please sit at a table that is appropriate for your size of party, i.e. if there are 2 of you, sit on a two-seater if available.

• Each session lasts 2.5 hours and will be closed for the subsequent 30 minutes to ensure the centre is fully cleaned before the next session, for this reason, we are unable to let you in early if you arrive early for the session.

• All children that are 14 and under are allowed on the equipment, any children over 14 are unable to play on the equipment, and so won’t be charged entry. However, they can play bowling (Blaenau Gwent Centre only, an additional fee may apply).

• All food, drinks and snacks need to be ordered via our app The Eden Centre, we take cash and cards. You are now unable to come to our counter, if there is anything you require please ask one of our team.

• Rules of play must be adhered to at all times, these are displayed on the equipment, if anyone is not following these then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Bad behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Children should be supervised at all times, including in the toilets.

• On leaving, we will ask you the name of the person who booked the session so that we can check your names and tick all persons off on the booking sheet as a security measure.

• We will regularly review our guidelines in line with the Welsh Government’s recommendations.

Cancellation Policy*

Should you make a booking and are not able to attend we are willing to move your reservation to a different session up to 48 hours before the original booking. If you need the flexibility to make amendments to your booking right up to the booking time, please use our Flexible Cancellation add on.

Our sessions run from 9:30 - 12:00, 12:30 - 3:00 and 3:30 - 6:00 Monday to Saturday and can be used in our Blaenau Gwent, Blackwood
and Caerphilly centres.

Sessions will be subject to availability, the centre may be closed on occasions for Private Hire or reasons beyond
our control so sessions must be booked to avoid disappointment.

The pass gives you a voucher code to book your sessions for 30 days
from the date of purchase, the pass is non refundable, not transferable, has strictly no cash value and cannot be resold.

Transferring
the code to another customer is strictly prohibited, this will be checked on entry and if found to be misused the pass will be revoked.

This Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or voucher.

You must bring proof of your pass with you.
