Thank you for booking to visit the Eden Centre. Please read the following information before your visit.
Online pre-booking is required. A booking payment may be taken to reserve your table, and any stated non-refundable booking fee will remain non-refundable.
On arrival, you must show your booking reference. We will also confirm the name on the booking and the names of everyone in your party.
Please choose a table suitable for your party size. For example, if there are 2 of you, please use a 2-seater table where available.
Each session lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes. The centre then closes for 30 minutes for cleaning before the next session, so early entry is not available. The current form also states that each session is strictly 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Children aged 14 and under may use the play equipment. Anyone over 14 may not use the equipment and will not be charged entry.
Food, drinks and snacks must be ordered using The Eden Centre app. Cash and card payments are accepted, and customers should speak to a team member if they need help.
All rules of play must be followed at all times. These are displayed on the equipment, and anyone not following them may be asked to leave without a refund.
Children must be supervised at all times, including when using the toilets.
When leaving, staff may ask for the name of the person who made the booking so the party can be checked out correctly as a security measure.
Late arrivals are allowed to enter as long as their booked session is still in progress. If the booked time slot has ended, entry will not be allowed.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original scheduled time. Extra time cannot be added.
If a child or adult in your party becomes unwell during the visit, you must inform a member of staff and leave the site if required.
